How do I make an online return (UK/EU)?

We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, it is important to read our returns and exchanges policy before making any purchases.

If you need to refund or exchange an item, please follow instructions on our return/exchange form inside your package.

You will need to fill out the returns form included in your parcel and register your return/exchange at the following link:

 We will respond to your request within 1 working day and then email you a Freepost label to return the item if in the UK. EU postage must be paid for by the customer. Any questions please contact us at infouk@2xu.com or 01189 321556 (option 1)

 

Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, 2XU is happy to exchange the item if returned within 30 days of its original purchase. This period is extended over Christmas period to allow for gift purchases. Any items bought from 20th November will be eligible for return until 31st January the following year

All returned/exchanged items must be new, unworn and unwashed with all clothing tags still attached to garments. If you have removed the tags, unfortunately, we will be unable to accept the return.

Unless the product is faulty, all additional postage costs for returning items will be at your expense.

Clothing Returns
We’re happy for you to try on clothing to see if it fits, but for hygiene reasons please wear your own underwear underneath the garment.

If your clothing purchase is the incorrect size we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange. For these returns you are required to pay for return postage to 2XU.

Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 72 hours and refunds or credits processed within 7 working days. Refunds will credit the original account of payment.

** IMPORTANT – 2XU takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.
