I received my order and an item is damaged/defective. What can I do?

If you have received an item in your order that is not up to 2XU’s high standards please contact our Support Team by submitting a request in the top right hand corner of this page. Please include images of the defect and describe the fault with your item.

 

Our customer service team will respond to your email within 24 hours with a pre-paid return label attached for you to print out and send the item back for an exchange or refund.
