Do I have to sign for my shipment when it arrives?

Once your order has been sent out from our depot, we will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order, including the company handling your shipment.

Orders sent via Australia Post Express Post service do not need to be signed. Orders sent via courier service will require a signature upon delivery.

If you are not present to sign for your shipment at the time of delivery, please contact the courier using the information provided in your tracking email to arrange a suitable delivery time.
